From the freshest vineyards in the Bierzo valley, located in the Otero and Villadecanes areas and settled on clay and mineral soils, this 100% Mencía was born. The wine is an elegant, sweet, and fruity wine, with floral notes in which the varietal character of Mencía stands out.
Some bear tracks found in our Bierzo vineyards were the key to our wine acquiring a deep commitment to this endangered animal and also inspiring its name. That’s why Cuatro Pasos and the bears walk in the same direction ever since in search of their protection.
