Dalrymple Estate sits in a vale 160 metres above Bass Strait in the Pipers River region of Tasmania. An easterly aspect, red basalt soils, natural flora and cool sea breezes, all combine to encourage the slow and even ripening of grapes, allowing their natural flavours to gently meander and develop to optimum vinous levels.

Grapes for this 2022 Dalrymple Pipers River Pinot Noir were sourced from within Dalrymple’s own vineyards in Pipers River as well as from a selected growers from the Coal Valley; all of whom having a proven track records of attention to detail in the vineyard.

This 2022 Dalrymple Pinot Noir displays a deep, dark garnet in colour with deep purple hues. Intense aromas of blackberry, dark cherry and ripe plum dominate the more subtle spices and dried herbs that become more complex as the wine opens after several hours.
